If I go to my profile, I find a PM From a civilea user, below my profile, how can I delete it,

Profile comment become an identifier for moderator if someone make a fault so other moderators can see every guidance you've receive in the past.
If you have a control to delete it, then you can act like moderator.

If your profile comment not related to warning or guidance you receive from moderator, maybe you can send PM to moderator to delete it.
