ASCE originally created using USCS units so I think it will be hard to find book telling you much about how it works using metric units. why you are not convert your units first to USCS system then convert back to Metric units?
This book give you very good example about how to apply wind load on building Guide to the Use of the Wind Load Provisions of ASCE 7-02 Code: *************************************** Design of Buildings for Wind: A Guide for ASCE 7-10 Standard Users and Designers of Special Structures, 2nd Edition Code: *************************************** An Engineer must have a SIX sense
