Iranian wind load

Dear Friends;

Can I ask you how do you solve Iranian non-building equipment for wind load or earth-quake load?

How will I find this codes or regulations or anyone can explain me?

In addition, I can search the web from google standart 2008 and I've heard for the first time standart 2800 i wanna look into this regulation finally i can obtain this pdf.

For Wind loads you have to use 6th building codes, that is not in english version yet.
