"Your forum account has currently banned"

When I click a thread with title "MITCalc 1.50c", it shows
"Your forum account is currently banned. Ban Reason: 8 warnings (rule no. 16)
Ban will be lifted: Never"

why?

You have only expired warnings, no warning points at this moment and no one ban you. If you can see my post and of course if you can post you are not banned but maybe a bug of our system. Try one more time. The ban was for another user and is sure a bug as many others last days.
