LOG OUT PROBLEMS

i'm having problem logging out from civilea. when i click on the log out tab, the message "You have successfully been logged out" will appear, but when it's back in the forum index it shows i'm still logged in.

All user that have same problem do this procedures:

1) clear all cookies in your browser.
2)restart your computer
3) try to login

I am too having same problem to log out.I tried the steps suggested but found no sucsess to logout.Please find remedy early.

99% of the time, the problem was solved. However, sometimes your browser is set to not accept cookies, and this will cause a problem. Here's how to check your browser is accepting cookies:

IE 6/7/8 - Tools > Internet Options > Privacy (tab) > Change setting to 'Accept All Cookies' > Apply > OK.
FF3 - Tools > Options > Privacy (tab) > Cookies > Accept cookies from sites > *tick* > Accept third party cookies *tick* > keep until > *they expire* > OK.
Opera 9/10 - Tools > Preferences > Advanced (tab) > Cookies > Accept cookies > *tick*.
Safari - Edit > Preferences > Security (tab) > Accept cookies > Always > *tick*.
Chrome - Spanner symbol > Options > Under the Hood (tab) > Cookie settings > Allow all cookies.

A tip about Cookies:

for users who want to keep the privacy, it's possible, in both IE and FF, exclude all Cookies on exit KEEPING only selected sites cookies. Just add CivilEA address in this option (accept only).

On the other hand, sometimes it's necessary clean the CivilEA cookies in order to refresh the site load files, particularly after some site Updates.

I try it in your way But i still problem
before i wrote my problem i test it i clear cooke and reset my firefox browser
uninstall and install new version
but so difficalt to log on site i must try seveal and many time to log on
