Maybe NA to Eurocode 8 or something similar...

There is no seismic code in Poland.

This is abstract from an article "Is there a need for seismic code in Poland?"

Year 2010 marks the beginning of the process of implementation of Eurocodes in EU states. This includes also the Eurocode 8 dealing with seismic effects on structures. A wide scale verification of the European seismic risk revealed a minor and moderate seismic risk for Slovakia, Czech Republic and Southern Poland. The paber considers whether also Polish territory should be treated as potential Eurocode seismic zone. An analysis of seismic risk suggests that although the data gathered so far do not suggest any necessity for conventional seismic building code to be applied on Polish territory, the special and monumental structures (e.g. nuclear power plants or big dams) may require more advanced analyses of their seismic risk and respective detailed seismic calculations.

Polish structural norms don't have seismic provision for the structures as there is no earhtquake risk in Poland due to its geographic location.but they there are some regulations to be considered for the places near mining area where secondary effect will cause ground shaking which in turn have impact on buildings

Well, actually we have clear information that Poland doesn't have nor need seismic provisions on most areas... But we don't have any papers or official documents that proves that... I just needed something to prove it, some sort of written document, and i think this paper would be enough... Thank you very much...

In contrast to the laws as a legal obligation to the public, the standards are technical documents for voluntary use. Draw them to specialists standardization bodies that have no legislative powers, however, nor the regulators. Often the standards support the legislation because the present way of product or process so as to meet the legal requirements contained in legislation. In special cases (where at stake to protect health, life or environment), the legislature may by rules rely on the standard. Such a recall, if it has an exclusive nature, requires the application of the standard and the norm becomes a rule. This type of situation is precisely the case in construction law.

Act "Construction Law" in Article. 5 says that "the building must be in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge so as to ensure the safety of the structure." Implementing the Act is the Minister of Infrastructure Regulation of 12 April 2002 on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location. In his Chapter V "Safety design" clearly states that "construction safety conditions shall be deemed satisfied if the structure corresponds to Polish standards (PN) on the design and calculation of the structure." Their list is attached hereto. So, a ministerial decree to the Act requires the designers to apply the standards listed in the Annex. However, this is a special situation. Generally, throughout the European Union standards are a tool to assist their users and are for voluntary use. In making a decision on their application or not, you should always take into account the circumstances and consequences of this decision, especially when it comes to health and safety aspects. Of course, the manufacturer or designer may use a different solution (eg, a newer technology), unless it is able to ensure and demonstrate its equivalence with respect to aspects of the health or safety.
