hey guys check this spreadsheet, its simple but a step by step process and it allows you to investigate to it.Its a metric version and based on ACI code. Guys if you like this stuff just post a reply. Maybe I'll send of my other spreadsheets. It is actually Designed by myself and please read a note to it.
