Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet for concrete mix design and batching. Can save up to 100 mixes. Unique easy to use features for proportioning aggregates etc. Up to six aggregates, four cements and five admix can be blended in any one mix. Sieve analysis can be entered for up to twelve course and fine aggregates. Combined grading is graphed as you design a mix. Aggregate moisture can be adjusted and batch weights produced."

CONDEZ12.XLS - At last a simple to use, fully integrated mix design and batch program with built-in features not found in any other software. The spreadsheet is fully operational and will work approximately 30 times before some features become unuseable (demo mode).

Mix Design: User friendly interface means the program can be used as a tool to produce a simple concrete mix or by using the advanced features enables the user to produce accurate complex mixes using multiple cements, admixtures and aggregates.
The program makes it simple to adjust mixes. If for example extra water , cement or any ingredient is adjusted, simply adjust the yield control back to the required amount ie.1000 (1 cu m) and the aggregates are adjusted automatically. Again if for example more fine aggregate is required, one control will adjust all the course aggregates and all the fine aggregate volumes and weights automatically.

Supported Operating Systems: Windows all
System Requirements: Microsoft Excel 97/2000/2003 and later
Install Support: No Install Support
- Open Excel (Macros to activate security mode "media ") and go to the directory that contains the condez12 file. Open the file.
- Will not run with other Excel Workbooks open.
- This unregistered version saves only one mix.
- The program runs best with a Pentium computer with at least 32 meg ram. It will run with only 16 but will be slow. It is preferable to run the program without any other Excel workbooks open at the same time.
- If an error message appears regarding circular references select Tools – Options and then select the Calculation tab and tick Iteration.

Quote:software is in demo mode. How to activate the license.

Its not a software, its a spreadsheet

This spreadsheet in post #2 links is fully unlocked, it works fully, no keygen/orack/serial needed

In other words, its a full working spreadsheet and no license is required anymore to activate it or to use it

If you are fluent with EXCEL, change the required cell values and it will not show word 'DEMO' anymore

thanks a lot for this excel sheet
you are the best, but what about portland cement or GGBS input, icouldn'tfind it also
i wonder if you can provide another excel sheet to calculate the optimum
ratio of " coarse aggregate , fine aggregate , washed crushed sand and dune sand " in the mix
and generate excel chart to show if the selected proportion is complying with ASTM or BS standard.
thanks & best regards
