PROKON 2.1 problem

Hey all, i have a problem in prokon 2.1 ...when i click on the icon to open it it says
"HTML help is not installed on this pc " ,
however, when i open it in administrator ..the previous msg show up but the program open after it....after i finished and close the program it was still runing in task manager.

ANY help?

this msg is in Ve 2.1 only and it dosenot effect in program working or results
only press ( ok )
try to use ve 2.3 , it is the most stable version on Pc
