I just downloaded and installed Seismosignal on my pc to do some small checks in AK Chopra.
The Acceleration-Time graph is coming out as a straight line!!!
Worse of it still, the help menu is clickable but brings nothing up. At least i would have referred it. Any help. Its version 3.3 i guess.

Regards
The Acceleration time graph should not be a straight line!!!!!
I first tried the same data as jacs127 used in his screen shot in vain. All the other graphs are similar to his but only Accn-Time is not. Mine is just at zero!!!!
The Accn -Time graph under time series is not right for me. The one under fourier and power spectra is correct. I think both should correlate.

Which data file you've used while the problem occurred? Where is that "jacs127" data?

If the displacement and velocity are correct, it means that the software reads your data.
In the Ground Motion Parameters page the acceleration is still 0?
Have you tried one of the accelerograms given with the software?
The Fourier and power spectra are indeed correlated.

It was as per Emeryville, one of the available accelerograms within the software.
The problem of Accn-Time has been resolved. Thanks for the concern
1) Now there remains the problem of the "Help menu"
2) And also on starting the program it says " Invalid argument to date encode" but the soft ware just works fine.
2) may not be that critical though may require resolution but 1) i definitely need to access the help area.

I also tried visiting the site in case of any updates in vain,

You can send an e-mail to seismosoft and maybe they'll answer you.
By the way, what version do you use? Have you tried the 4.1.2 version which is available on the site?

Oh my God!!! I am using version 3.3 . I just cant access the site however much i try. Is version 4.1.2 available in the forum? I have searched in vain. I only see version 3.3. May be a good samaritan will provide a link to 4.1.2 and the other latest versions of say seismostruct, seismogen etc.

Regards

I have installed version 3.3 and Help doesn't work for me too.
Nevertheless, in the program files menu, there is a shortcut for Help.
I can open the help file outside the program.

Try to find "SeismoSignal.chm" file in the directory that you have installed Seismosignal and open it.
