In order to encourage the helper, requester must pay the fee to helper (2 credits for paper or 5 credits for standard)

Why the word "must" in the sentence, I quote:

requester must pay the fee to helper

The main point of this forum is to share at will and ask for nothing. There is a saying: "The less you ask, the more you get" try to remember this. It's not all about points (credits) - it's all about generosity of sharing.
