The error occurs only on startup.

I think that, the program after 10 attempts to communicate with the key, it detects the emulator. I don't know why.

I am not sure this is the case here. On my laptop I am working several days before happening, on other PC it happens after 2-3 hours.

I was not enough clear. I did only starting and closing the application (not working in it).
On 11th startup of the application the error showed up.
Then I did new installation and again the error was on 11th startup.

You didn't answered me: when in your case the error shows up.
