You have to export a storey into SAFE format and then analyze, design and then use detailer built into CSI SAFE.
Can you explain the abbreviations
I think
BF=Bottom Face
BE=?
TF=Top Face
TE=?
T=?
TC=?

BF=Bottom Face
BE=Bottom END (on edge)
TF=Top Face
TE=Top END (on edge)
T=Top (only - generically on top)
TC=Top Centre

I believe,

BF=Bottom Face
BE=Bottom extra
TF=Top Face
TE=Top extra
TC=Top continious

Regards,
Jaks.
