I downloaded the file and it's ok. But it is in spanish. can you switch the langage to english after install

Dear Pelelo,
you must understand the probabilistic method to calculate seismic hazard. for this you need to understand what is

- seismic zone (surface or fault)
- attenuation laws, wich are used to plot acceleration vs distance with a given magnitude
- gutenberg richter curves to describe number of earthquake with a given magnitude by years

after that, cornell method can be used to calculate pga which is the maximum acceleration generated at a site by all seismic sources.
all those steps are given with scientific background is the program help.
I d'ont know if crisis 2007 uses cornell method or not but seisriskIII do.
i'll try to make example with it and will help. I think it take shp files (files by gis systems)

just a confirmation: for this version, After installation, I found it in english except for the tsunami model help wich is wrote in mexican.

Since the project your firm is working on is located in a place, for some reason that doesn’t have a structural or seismic code, one of your best options will be to simulate the likely seismcity of the area (using the software suggested) or accelerogram. This will give you a reasonable data for the calculation of the PGA, on the condition that you have detailed data of the site's characteristics (ie the geological, topographical characteristics, it's distance from fault lines etc).
You needed the Fo and Ss. as to be able to modify the generic PGA as to convert it to your site condition. This is only necessary when you lifted the PGA from a generic seismic map (which is not your case as you said that such a map is not available). As such, you could get your PGA directly from the simulation.
Since you can obtain Ss and or any other information from any of the 14 spectral maps provided by IBC, you could adopt these as long as your soil (site) exhibits same/similar characteristics as the particular soil as given in the IBC. So, in the absence of the necessary data, try to get as much as many data possible (independently; on-site) and adopt those that you can not lay hands on, putting in mind the fact that you have to be conservative in your esimates, since you are piecing together the datas.
