coordinates transformation matrix for shell element

Hi dear friends:

I need your help please, I'm doing my thesis which develops membrane and plate elements, then form the shell element, but I have problems in developing the coordinate transformation matrix for the shell element, because I have no bibliography on this, please someone can give me some information on the transformation matrix with respect to their formulation and computer programming, i would appreciate a lot it if you could help me.
