any one can help.
after i run Risa Tower model i got error message when i try to generate reports in Microsoft Rich Text Format (RTF) it says the file with rtf extension could not be found

Try to change your regional settings/Number formats and then check your reports...

Hi Del,

If you have changed your computer,s Number format settings, it may cause some problems during the calculation and taking reports. I had some problems the same problems and after I reset my regional settins and It is ok.

Please follow the instructions shown below,

Start/Control Panel/Clock, Language, and Region/Region and Language/Change the date, time or number format/Additional settings/Reset.
