I believe something's wrong with the Figures in the file that can be downloaded using link above.

For example, look at the Figure 5.5, page 96/161 of PDF document, it is not complete:

The same goes for Figure 2.1 and 2.2. In addition, Figure 7F.1 shows nothing (page 158/161 of PDF).

Is this only my problem, or the document is corrupted?

You are right,in the pdf file some graphics are not seen-visible.pdf is not corrupted.i searched and find same document and they are all same.you can check turkish one for graphics.if i get good one , i can share it with you.
