From War and Internet Blackout to Returning Back

Dear CivilEA friends,

I sincerely apologize for my long absence from the forum.

For many months, my country, Iran, has been living through dark and painful days. A devastating war imposed by the United States and Israel brought fear, destruction, and suffering to millions of ordinary people. Under the banners of “freedom” and “fighting terrorism,” innocent civilians were killed, including children whose only crime was being born in the wrong place at the wrong time. Families lost their homes, parents buried their children, and entire communities were left traumatized.

As an engineer, it was heartbreaking for me to witness the destruction of infrastructures that represented years of human effort, science, and engineering achievement. Beautiful bridges, industrial facilities, steel plants, and petrochemical complexes built by Iranian engineers were damaged or destroyed. Seeing creations built for development and life become targets of war is a pain difficult to describe.

At the same time, Iran experienced one of the harshest internet shutdowns in modern history. According to international monitoring organizations such as NetBlocks, access to the global internet was almost completely cut off starting February 28. For long periods, we were isolated from the world. Only through expensive and unstable connections was I sometimes able to briefly access the international internet.

The economic consequences have also been severe. Inflation has become overwhelming, and the prices of many essential goods have increased two, three, or even six times. Daily life has become extremely difficult for ordinary people.

What hurts even more is hearing all of this destruction described as a mission for peace, humanity, or civilization. Iran is one of the oldest continuous civilizations on Earth, with thousands of years of history, culture, science, literature, and engineering heritage — far older than the relatively young histories of modern political powers that now lecture the world about civilization.

History has seen many wars, empires, and aggressors rise and disappear. Yet Iran has endured through centuries, and it will endure again.

After about 6.5 yaers new theme for CivilEA is released. New theme is like previous one but more smooth and it is Mobile responsive theme and you can use it in any device.
We tried to design lite theme with more speed one.

Shutdown in CIVILEA

Dear CivilEA users,
Our server went down since 27-FEB-2019. unfortunately one of our old developer found access to our server. They start to phishing. we shutdown the server immediately to prevent more action and we start to finding any vulnerabilities.
New developer was employed , All files (about 14,000,000 files) has been scan and clean. Necessary security patches were applied.
Google has already flagged the website as deceptive.
NOW, all content of website are clean, we fasten security on server, NOBODY can do same action.
we are sorry for this issue and we will continue stronger.

You may see some errors we are trying to solve all problem soon, please report us any errors.

Dear All;

10 years ago on "24-Dec-2008" Civil Engineering Association (CivilEA Forum) was born. Before this date, originally we start our works with "4downloader.blogspot.com" weblog on "12-April-2007".

Last year we opened CivilEA shop, it is great change in forum and we will here more about it later.
We are trying to open CivilEA Virtual School at this year, we want to start online education at CivilEA.
We are contracting with new developer manager to doing technical issue on site.

I want to repeat again, we are nothing without you, CivilEA will be bigger if you want. Any community or company will be grow behind their fans. We are only the provider of a virtual community for you, and you are the main column of this website.
I want to say thanks gain to all users that support us to be live. special thanks to our moderating team that works 7/24 hours on CivilEA, they spend valuable time here free to help others.It is very difficult to organize big forum like CivilEA and our moderators do it excellent.

Homeless Donation

Dear CivilEA users;

Last year we helped an old-man homeless person and find a place for him by CivilEA donations.
And now due to INFLATION in Iran, now we must pay more money to extend rent of his home for one year again.
We decided to donate him again and rent a place for him for sleeping and living for next one-year. As I said he is old-man.
I request you, donate him If you can.
He had family and home few years ago but at now he missed all things that belong to him.
He sleep in street or park in very cold weather in Tehran, Iran.
He is true person. I believe it.
I know him and I`m very sorry to see homeless person like him.
we need about 700USD to extend rent for him.

8 years ago on "24-Dec-2008" Civil Engineering Association (CivilEA Forum) was born. Before this date, originally we start our works from "4downloader.blogspot.com" weblog on "12-April-2007".

We planned to do major changes in forum with special feature and upgrade, but unfortunately because of my disease all projects have been stopped from 2 years ago. I'm not going to bother you but But I wanted, you to be aware.
We updated servers years ago to improve speed of site.
I want to say you we have special plan for CivilEA and we`ll do all necessary changes in forum ASAP.
