Tnx for you suggestion, To get entry level of job I am trying to learn this all kind of things....If I know something then some one can give me entry level job if I dont know anything then they just kick out me....
I heard from so many people STAAD pro is best software for designing and analysis....Can you provide me links for video tutorial and some example with explanation ?

You are entering a new work environment. So allow for that in your calculations. By no means should you expect a smooth ride, but believe me, it works out.
As for FEM etc., you can do that once you enter that country. It will really not matter to the initial employer. They will look at what you had done. Therefore be prepared for an entry level job, and then advance quickly.
You will then know what to do. My personal preference to the question you raised is STAAD.
