Dear Dell,
IEGLicLib.dll and NGWinSys.dll files are the same files as posted at the previous threads that is said to give "1000 days trial" nag. IEGLicLib.dll and HWLockDLL.dll are altered+compressed and NGWinSys.dll is not compressed. Your antivirus software is definitely giving false alert. I suggest all to read these posts:
And also suggest to use the antivirus softwares that were not missing monthly vb100 awards (true alert, speed etc. award). My preference is Eset (best and the fast). You can refer to the table in the pdf file below (I have archive results also).
