New attenuation law for europe and middle east

The new predictive law bye akkar and bommer (2010) is released and is proposed for europe, middle east and mediterranean region. Very useful for seismic scenari.

This Excel file allow you to plot this predicitive law for pseudo-spectral acceleration (Akkar and Bommer 2010)
