If you have a specific request, than you must share all the details of the book or article that you need, like the exact title, publisher, author, date and edition and maybe a link from the publisher, so that other members of the forum don't loose time for something that is not going to serve you.
I also think that you have written a wrong title "swallow" instead of "shallow" (and a moderator has to edit it).
