SNI Tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung ini memberikan persyaratan minimum perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung. Standar ini menggantikan SNI 03-1726-2002.

Translation:
SNI planning procedure for the earthquake resistance of buildings and non-building structures of this building provides the planning minimum requirements for earthquake resistance of building structures and non-buildings. This standard replaces the SNI 03-1726-2002

hii, i just want to help. sorry if my english is not really good.
you can read IBC 2009 or IBC 2012.
I think it's just same concept for how to determine the earthquake load,
except the Ss and S1 coef. you can get that coef based on indonesian maps of earthquake coef
(Ss and S1, Ss stand for short spectra and S1 for spectra in 1 second) in our Public Work Minister
(or we usually call it as Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum Republik Indonesia) here :

i hope that information can help you.
i do my mini-thesis with this topic (redesign a hotel building with SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 2847-2013).
In my humble opinion, i think most of indonesian's code for building is recite ACI 2005 and IBC 2009/IBC 2012 or FEMA.
