this is only several articles from13th World Conference on Seismic Isolation, Energy Dissipation and Active Vibration Control of Structures. - commemorating JSSI 20th Anniversary - September 24-27 2013, Sendai, Japan. Vol.1, because there is much more articles, but I cannot download because I have got this masage after downloading several ones:
So, I ask other members for completing others articles. In other case I wil upload next articles when suspension of my account will be removed and from my experience with Nisee Berkeley it can take even two weeks.
