Dear All;

As you know, VIP section of CivilEA is rarely inactive section for a long time, so we decided to do some changes in this section and prepare new material for this section.
So, CivilEA team decided to downgraded all VIPs users to previous position.
after some changes in our rules and announce it for user, VIP users promoted by moderators again and they will add to this position.
All VIP users will be downgraded to previous position till 2017/02/20.
