When you design an isolated building, you design superstructure with Kdmax.
At the design stage you don't have it and so you assume it (for example 1.1keff).
After the design procedure, two prototypes with exact dimensions are produced and tested by manufacturer.
Then you as the designer should:
1- Check the results and approve it for next construction.
2- Upgrade your design with test results (now you have the Kdmax).
