Is not a lock pdf. Is a pdf which redirect the user to amazon site. Maybe the format is for electronic reader devices (kindle).
I have already checked it.

This pdf file needs to be digitally verified from Amazon.com. File can only be readable with digital certificate. The other name is digital rights management (DRM)
