Please may you help and upload in a lower version of autoCAD, say 2000. I have AutoCAD 2012 but can not open the file.

For years Autodesk gave to all the Drawing TrueView including DWG Convert. All you need is to download and use. Many people use it in the dayli work because they are so much Autocad versions and DWG formats.
