New subsection on programming - ali akbar - 02-20-2013

Dear Administrator,

In as much as, now programming is an important item engineers must know for their researches and other fields of work, Let me kindly suggest you that in case it is possible, make a subsection to include issues on programming languages such as MATLAB, FORTRAN, C and etc.

Dear ali akbar,

Please elaborate your suggestion. Provide some examples of issues you experienced and needed help, issues you would have posted here in that new subsection.
Also add links to existing threads on this forum that might fit in the new section.
