How to improve Existing PDF Quality - david-smith - 09-21-2012

in Adobe Acrobat 3D you can make a better quality PDF from low quality one.
follow :
Document Menu > Optimized scanned PDF
in the following picture i suggest some settings :

however before do anything , make a backup copy from your Original PDF and save that in some other places !

you dont need Acrobat 3D, can use any Acrobat Professional from 7 to present, but you have to be very carefull with the settings you choose because it doesnt work the same for every pdf file
