Japan has ACTA thing. Europe maybe will agree with it too. I hope not, I don't like the idea that all websites (bilions of them) will be reduced to 3: google market, apple market and microsoft market.
Underground internet, tor network:

You can use tor by simply going to it's website, click download and that's all.

Tor provides only IP anonymity and secure connection to websites that support it.
It's in a way similar to a anonymous proxy but with SSL. It's not file sharing or hosting. And it can be damn slow.
On the other hand there's the old bulletin board thing and the Usenet thing.

I don't know if CivilEA admin, staff allows Tor. Maybe forum staff can tell us.
What about torrents on CivilEA or dc++? I must say I dislike them both as ip will become public.

Hello,

I think we need a solution for the future days, it is possible in the near future will be to cancel all file-sharing sites,

Is there a solution or ideas about this?

Change of Preferred Mode of Uploading Files - jayryan - 02-12-2012

Hi Guys!!

Because of the new SOPA rules, depositing files in rapidshare and other client will be gone very soon. Megaupload has already gone. I think we must now adapt torrents for our files like piratebay or isohunt. It is much better to safeguard the files that we will be uploading.

Please feel free to post.

Kim Dotcom: 'A Large Number' Of Megaupload Accounts Belong To US Government Officials

Aside from preparing the cases of the Megaupload defendants, a team of lawyers is working hard to grant the site’s users access to their personal data. The cyberlocker is working out a deal with the Department of Justice to allow users to download their personal files. Interestingly enough, Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom reveals that these users include many high-ranking US Government officials.
