Can someone sure me that in the paper "Design and construction of Incheon bridge CSB pylon", the contractor used a heavy lifting floating crane during the installation of horizontal member (Figure 6 in the paper). Thx

Yes, of cause.
For installation of cross beam, they used heavy lifting floating crane. You can see in figure 18.
