Could I get this software... it is deleted....it says "This file has been deleted because of property rights, or has been removed by the person who by lifting"

If anybody has this software please upload

fileserve / ul / depositfiles links are still active

The download contains .exe file and manual.txt file
This txt file is in non english and google translate is not working on it

Some one may translate it and post here
