Reinforced concrete desing question - deadlyman - 10-16-2010 Hi everyone I can make analysis of some continuous rc structure sections like tunnel section, rc walls in SAP2000 with modeling as plane-strain section and I can read the internal stresses. I want to learn how to calculate the amount of the required reinforcement steel.Could you help me please. Do you have any e-book about this? RE: Reinforced concrete desing question - chigozie - 10-16-2010 I think that picking and reading any textbook on reinforced concrete design will much more serve your purpose than that of an e-book. There are also many resources in this association as such you could use the search option to locate them and read up. Buona fortuna. Regards Teddy RE: Reinforced concrete desing question - deadlord - 10-16-2010 If you can read either the force or strain in the section you can find the area of steel required.
