Hello,
Here in the UK average consultancy hourly rates before the downturn.
Graduate Engineer £35 per hour
Senior Engineer £45 per hour
Chartered Engineer £55 per hour
Company Director £65+ per hour
On percentage of cost basis based on an average £100 per sq foot average building costs.
For compex mulit-storey office fee 2.5%-5% building cost
For a single storey portal frame warehouse 0.75%-1.5%
