Out of print: available only as scanned copy (PDF file on CD).

I don't know if it is the same, but there is a book, written by Fritz Leonhardt, that deals with this subject. The original title is "Vorlesungen über Massivbau" (1977), i can found the spanish translation of 1982 if you're interested.
