Hi jacs127, the following internet addresses belong to Prof. Dr Peter K Robertson professor emeritus of geotechnical engineering on this site you will find interesting articles related to the subject and the other site belongs to Prof Dr PW Mayne of the University of Georgia and also give you plenty of information for interpretation and characterization of soil through different methods of exploration.
