i see in this forum Design Guides 25 is for web tapered member design. i'm very much interested in design of web tapered member but not sufficient guideline. Can any one help me in this regards.

The design guide for web tapered sections is under study sponsored by MBMA. I think it is not finished yet. You can get more information about this study from page 11 of this MBMA report:

I have 2 books (hard copy), 3-4 thesis and lots of papers about web tapered sections. I will search and post the ones that will work for you soon.

I can't buy it on the AISC site and i could not find it anywhere for free! Please Help!

AISC has been working in two new design guides:

Frame Design Using Web-Tapered Menbers
Seismic Braced Connections

We all still waiting for the release...
