works for me.  Could someone explain what's happening?

Using this process it is possible to open the page. However, if you are interested in downloading any particular software, it is not possible to access the respective link, with the same following error: lavteam.org’s server IP address could not be found.
Add another line then:

Please share a screenshot on how these lines are added. Do we edit "hosts" in notepad?

Thanks for the first line suggestion. Solve the question I posed in post #3

Yes, you can edit the file with the notepad application and save with administrator permissions
Please share a screen shot on how to add the lines under notepad. We are not computer literate to that extent.

It´s online just now!
Dear all, tomtumx suggestion works fine.

You find the file "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" and open it with notepad+ but with administration rights.

You simply paste at the end the 4 suggested lines, you save it and close it and you are finally there.
