ETABS now utilizes cloud licensing, allowing access to the license by multiple users and/or from multiple machines. Cloud licensing normally requires connection to the internet while using the software, either directly or through a proxy. Licenses can be checked out for a limited time period to allow use while disconnected from the internet.

Apparently, previous KG works well.
After installation, run CSiNativeImageGen as administrator and then uninstall .net image (Just press F4 twice, that's it).

run KG (use pass: lavteam.org). copy created license file and SentinelRMSCore.dll to installation folder and CSiLicensing folder.
