Article/eBook Full Name: ASCE/SEI 41-13 SEISMIC EVALUATION AND RETROFIT OF EXISTING BUILDINGS

Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings describes deficiency-based and systematic procedures that use performance-based principles to evaluate and retrofit existing buildings to withstand the effects of earthquakes. This next-generation standard combines the evaluation and retrofit process and puts forth a three-tiered process for seismic evaluation according to a range of building performance levels from collapse prevention to operational that marry targeted structural performance with the performance of nonstructural elements. The deficiency-based procedures allow the evaluation and retrofit effort to focus on specific potential deficiencies deemed, on the basis of past earthquake observations, to be of concern for a permissible set of building types and heights. The systematic procedure, applicable to any building, sets forth a methodology to evaluate the entire building in a rigorous manner. This standard updates and replaces the previous Standard ASCE/SEI 41-06, Seismic Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings, as well as Standard ASCE/SEI 31-03, Seismic Evaluation of Existing Buildings

Dear @amindoxiti,

I appears that common users - such as myself - has no access to the linked document. I would greatly appreciate if you or someone else could share it. Thank you in advance.
Almost all links are dead but mega link in post #5 is alive (downloaded from it now).
Our common users check all links before asking.
They who don't check enter another category of users and i hope no one here want to be a member of this group, of course not an old user.
Dear Dear @BennyP,

When answering rusty the first thing checked was if the thread is not only for VIP and this thread is not restricted (checked by usman too).
The problem is some bugs or malfunctions in forum. Last time i have similar problems when trying to moderate some posts (can't unapprove, can't approve, can't delete etc.. because after marking the post it is not recognized), the main page have subsections open after closing, the read posts look as not read, can't stuck or unstuck threads and so on.
Is not a browser problem (checked with different browsers) and as you know our Admin have some problems. I will send him a message and i ask all moderators to check if other problems exist and report.
