True, the online viewer is accessible to the public with the following limitations:
1. Only one chapter can be viewed at a time,
2. The text in each chapter cannot be highlighted, copied, nor searched.
The authors expect us to read the text without retaining any information?
I have combined all the chapters into a single .htm file which can be viewed, copied and searched:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Unzip the folder \IBC 2015 onto your PC. Do not rename or edit any of the items.
2. DClick the batch file "View complete document.bat" and the complete document opens in Internet Explorer.
