Your provided DOI and link info indicate that your provided title and the paper available in the link and DOI is different.

I have found that the paper found as: "Theoretical and experimental investigations of air-regulated siphons".

It seems it is even not your mistake because i have found that they have uploaded the same aforementioned paper in the links of two different papers (including your one).

That is why I am not providing here.
