this file is incomplete. this have only 17 pages!

I'm sorry for this.
To be honest, I didn't check it thoroughly being somebody working in this field I just had a look at the first 10 pages and it seemed a good document.. however this is the only copy I have and it is 17 pages.
I'll be able to upload something similar but complete tomorrow.
