Hello everyone,

We lately started taking Reinforced Concrete I and actually I'm finding it difficult focusing with the lecturer so please if any can help me finding a book that can be a startup or even can stay with me along my remaining college years.

Thanks in advance guy's,
Regards,

I forgot to say that we study based on AASHTO - Which is an American Code.
Reinforced Concrete: Mechanics and Design by McGregor and Wight is probably the most complete concrete reference available.

I also recommend: Design of Concrete Structures by Arthur H. Nilson is a pretty complete reference.

When I took the course, we studied using: Reinforced Concrete: A Fundamental Approach by Nawy; however, I do not find it as good of a source.

For lots of practical design examples, I would get PCA - Notes on ACI 318-YEAR.

Kind regards,
MDMH
I suggest Structural Concrete Theory and Design by M. Nadim Hassoun, Akthem Al-Manaseer
