you can easily create an account to see the book , but after reviewing 21 pages , you can only see half of the page.

If I am not wrong, before starting the survey it gives the information about survey. I remember it is a 15 minute survey. Let other members try to get the password file.

Either you have to be a premium member or you have to buy something thru that survey (I tried, it is a sales pitch)
May be some another source would have it.
