As a free user (Internet speed 25.7Mbps DL and 21.6Mbps UL)
Mediafire, JumboFiles - Great DL Speed - Upload Not so good
4shared, 2shared, filecloud (formally itfile), zippyshare - Great DL and Up speed
For me the best reliable source is 4shared, Mediafire, Depositefiles & Hotfile. Both uploading and downloading speed host is well maintained.
Though i use other sharing websites like 2shared, uploading, filefactory, rapidgator, rapidshare, sendspace, gigasize, etc.
mediafire - hotfile - 4shared.com - rapidshare .com are my favourite sharing center.
4shared - mediafire - hotfile - rapidshare - 2shared in that order are my favourite sharing center

I also use mediafire rarely/
Megaupload before it was taken down. Right now, I favor torrent, but that's not an option.
