Dear Professionals , Dear CIVILEAs
i need a comprehensive and complete book / booklet which describes the use of Nonlinear Time History Analysis for buildings which begin from elementary steps to advanced topics , if this guidance text include Dampers , base isolators , TMD and ordinary energy dissipation systems , beside covers SAP2k , ETABS and Perform3d , it will be great , i searched amazon and scribd websites and i found nothing , any help for any of the mentioned topics will be extremely appreciated.

thanks a lot for helping me ,
but i need more comprehensive guide that contains software examples (like holmes consulting special publications) to guide every new guys in this way.
please share some materials that does not exists in Civilea forum.
