Just on comment:
Be careful with this worksheet as it doesn't take into account the full coupling of elements that constitute each core. What it does is to simply sum the stiffness of the individual rectangular elements as if they were separate. This may lead to severe errors in the analysis!

Take a look at Zalka's book (Global structural analysis of buildings) and you'll find a consistent and easy method to evaluate the global response of your building.
