P.S.
The highest resolution you can get from 'Google Books' is a raster with 800 dots width. There's no any benefit to enlarge the size. So I scaled all the pages down to 800 dots, and made them 16 grades of gray, because the initial size of ~200MB is ridiculous for such low quality that was downloaded from 'Google Books'.
